We want you to love your Urbanpaws purchase! Our products go through rigorous testing and we stand behind the quality of every item we sell. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if something does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us with your feedback so we can make it right.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com and provide us with detailed information on your return so we can ensure we improve our service to you. In the case that you have merely changed your mind, products will need to be returned in a saleable condition in order for us to refund you.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 15 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax, but shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note we do not charge for collection of unwanted or damaged goods.
