WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
We are passionate about sourcing and manufacturing our products in South Africa and where possible every effort is made to ensure just that. However we don't want to limit ourselves in terms of choice and there are many incredible quality products that we source globally that are manufactured in other countries. No product is sourced without meeting our strict quality and ethical standards.

ARE YOUR BEDS CHEW-PROOF?
We designed our beds using durable fabrics, and even hid the zipper so your dog wouldn't be tempted to chew it. However fabric and zippers are no match for enthusiastic chewers. If your pet is a chewer, we recommend to keep them away from their beds when you are out or during play time. When you furbaby is particularly excited you can also try to redirect their attention to an appropriate chew toy we hope something they deem tastier than fabric. The more you encourage playtime with appropriate toys the less likely you are to have to name and shame your baby on social-media.
MY PET HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION
Please take your furbaby to your local vet immediately if you find that any of our products has caused an allergic reaction. Whilst we endeavour to sell only natural and safe products for your pets, just like humans, pets have allergies, some that you may not even be aware of.
